At around 5:30 a.m. he then broke into the Bell kiosk’s display case and stole between 60 and 70 phones. The total value of each phone taken is between $550 and $870.
The suspect fled the scene in a white pickup truck with unknown licence plates.
Fort St. John RCMP are asking the public to be on the look out for the stolen goods, which include iPhone 4’s and iPhone 4S’ from 8GB to 64GB in both black and white. Shoppers are warned to be mindful when buying electronics at discount prices, as they may be stolen. Item that are sold not from a retail store are not guaranteed to operate property with no financial recourse.
This theft follows multiple break and enters over the past two weeks, including two businesses over the weekend.
