The buses will begin their last routes for 2011 as of Dec. 20, and all routes will be operational again as of Jan. 5, 2012. The call centre will close at noon on Dec. 24 and reopen on Dec. 27.

The service is open to anyone who needs to travel to an out-of-town medical appointment, regardless of their age or income. Fares range from $20 to $80 return, depending on the length of travel.

The last routes for 2011, and the dates when the regular schedule will resume in 2012, are as follows. The routes return on the same day unless otherwise stated.

2011 holiday schedule:

Prince George to Vancouver (via Kamloops) – December 20     

Vancouver to Prince George (via Kamloops) – December 22        

Prince George to Prince Rupert – December 23 – return December 24     

Prince George to Fort St. John – December 23 – return December 24       

Valemount to Prince George – December 20 – return        

McBride, Valemount to Kamloops – December 22 – return      

Burns Lake to Terrace – December 22 – return        

Ft Nelson to Grande Prairie – December 20- December 22 – return        

Prince George to Mackenzie – December 21 – return
