The first collision took place on the bottom of the North Taylor Hill, which involved three vehicles. A transfer truck attempted to make a pass, lost traction and spun out of control, causing a three vehicle collision with two pickup trucks.

The transfer truck sustained minimal damage, but the two pickups were written off due to the resulting damage. Emergency crews responded to the collisions, but no serious injuries resulted from the incident.

Traffic was delayed as a result but was not stopped.

The second incident occurred in the Rose Prairie Coulee. A single vehicle attempted an illegal pass, resulting in its back end slipping out. The vehicle flipped and eventually ended up landing on its roof.

Emergency responders attended the scene, and luckily the driver did not sustain any injuries, and was picked up from the scene by a friend.
