Man rides roof of car; RCMP search for suspects

The RCMP believe two males emerged from a silver car, possibly a Chevrolet Malibu.  One male broke the rear window of a black Honda Civic, while the other male jumped onto the roof of the Civic and held onto the open sunroof.

The male on the roof of the car, refused to get off and the male driver and passenger of the Civic feared for their safety and decided to slowly drive off.  With the man still on the roof the Civic, the silver car started to follow to the East Bypass Road and then onto 100 avenue, where the silver car eventually turned off at 96 street.

The Civic, still with someone on the roof, continued onto the 100 street towards the police station.  At 104 avenue and 100 street, the suspect on the roof, jumped off and fled on foot.

No one was injured in this occurrence, and so far the RCMP haven’t been able to determine a motive for the incident.

The RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the silver four door car and the three occupants.  The occupants are described as:
Driver – female, 18 to 20 years old, brown hair
Front Passenger – male, 18 to 20 years old
Rear Passenger – male, 18 to 20 years old
