Friday afternoon, the Quad A girls, also known as the North Peace Ooks, will take to the court at both 4:10 and 5:20. The North Peace girls will welcome opposing teams from Prince George Secondary, as well as from Quesnel’s Correlieu Secondary.

The boys, AKA the Oscars, are playing in the Triple A division and will hit the hardwood three times Friday, playing at 4:10, 6:30 and 7:40 p.m. The boys will compete against fellow students from Correlieu Secondary, Prince George Secondary, and Kelly Roads Senior Secondary.

How each team does Friday will determine their Saturday schedule. The female finals are currently slated to be played a 1:00 p.m. while the boys will play two hours later at 3:00 p.m.

The games are free to attend, and nothing helps motivate an athlete more than a supportive home crowd.

A weekend win for either the girls or the boys volleyball teams would secure them an entry into the provincial championships.
