Gas prices moving back down

However, it should be noted that it is still not an across the board price, as the top end price in the city early this morning was still a 130.9 a litre.

It follows the current drop in the fluctuating price of a barrel crude oil, which according to the BC GasPrices.com monitor was early this morning down to $82.27U.S.

However, a month ago the price of oil was about six dollars a barrel more than it is right now, and yet Fort St. John's common posted price for gasoline was a 127.9.

It would appear there's still justification for the current gasoline prices to fall even further.
