Enbridge to buy EnCana's stake in Cabin Gas Plant

The Cabin Gas Plant is to be located in the Horn River Basin, about 60 kilometers northeast of Fort Nelson. Its two phases are expected to process 800 million cubic feet of natural gas per day when it goes into service.

Currently under construction it is expected to be in-service in the third quarter of next year. Upon completion of Phases 1 and 2, it's anticipated the total Enbridge investment will be about $900 million.
