The Junior Canucks put one past Andrew Baun at the 12:38 mark on the powerplay.  Kevin Hubert got the goal with assists from Stuart Weaver and Craig Rogers.

In the second it was all Dawson Creek as the Canucks scored two powerplay goals, one from Ryan Holtam and Brad Stanek.

In the third, Leighton Brown started the scoring for the Canucks, but Beaverlodge quickly answered back with two quick goals to make the game tied at 4.  The Canucks were able to score a quick goal to put them in the lead but only for a few minutes as the Blades tied things up again at 5 just before the end of the third.

In overtime, it took only 1:33 for the Blades to score the winning goal to give the game a final score of 6-5.

The Junior Canucks sit in second last in the NWJHL only one point ahead of the Blades.  The Canucks and Blades will face off again Wednesday night in Dawson Creek at the Memorial Arena starting at 8pm.
