City chooses Patch Java for Leisure Pool concession

Patch Java beat out two other proposals to provide services. City staff recommended it as its menu has healthy choices for athletes and children, and may also attract new people to the facility. They also added that he has experience and already has staff in place.

Owner Devon Wigglesworth plans to start moving in this weekend. The lease starts on November 1st.

The cafe will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on weekdays, from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 1-5 p.m. on Sundays. It will be open from 1-4 p.m. on statutory holidays.
