29 permits were issued last month worth $4.25 million, as compared to 25 issued in September of 2010 worth $4.5 million.
The 2011 year-to-date total is now $315.3 million, and remains more than $275 million ahead of last year.
However we note again, virtually the entire increase is the result of the $270.6 million dollar permit issued for the new hospital in February.
City revenue from permits, for the first nine months of this year, also remains about three and half times more, than what it was in the comparable period last year.
The 2010 total was $191,000 and this year it is up to $671,000.Â
