UPDATE Ralph Cumbridge has been found safe in Whitehorse, Wednesday.  According to the Canadian Press, he had caught a bus south to Princeton but after failing to meet up with a family member, he spent some time in the Boundary region before returning to Whitehorse.

Whitehorse RCMP is searching for a missing person who may have travelled through Fort St. John.
Police say a family member reported 56 year-old Ralph Cumbridge missing on Friday after he failed to arrive for a scheduled visit.

He was reportedly last seen at the Salvation Army in Whitehorse on Aug. 3, but police have not been able to confirm that information.

Police say they believe Cumbridge may have gotten on a Greyhound bus headed for southern B.C.
They say he may be headed to Penticton, Kelowna or Osoyoos and the bus would have passed through Fort St. John and Dawson Creek on the way.

He is described as Caucasian, 183 centimetres tall and weighing 189 lbs. He has blue eyes and possibly shoulder-length white hair.

Anyone with information on Cumbridge’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Whitehorse RCMP detachment at 1-867-667-5555.
