On Friday Dawson Creek received 50.3 mm of rain and it looks like the rain will slow down today. Environment Canada says the South Peace will still get about 10 to 15 mm of rain and Tumbler Ridge should get 15 to 25 mm.
The rainfall warning has ended in the North Peace. That area should receive only 5 to 10 mm of rain on Saturday. Fort St. John did set a new record for participation at 45.4 mm, beating the old record of 31.2 set 1987.
