Fort St. John residents are being given a chance to ask questions to the local federal election candidates in advance of the May 2 election.
The Fort St. John Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an All Candidates Forum at the Pomeroy Hotel on April 21, starting at 7 p.m.
Residents can either ask questions at the meeting or email their questions to info@fsjchamber.com by April 20, says Chamber President Andrew Tylosky.
Tylosky says the Chamber will then choose a selection of those emailed questions to pose to the candidates.
He says he believes there are a lot of pertinent topics that will come up at the forum, including on health care and infrastructure.

All five federal election candidates currently running in the Prince George-Peace River riding have been invited to attend the forum.
The five candidates are Lois Boone who is running for the NDP, Jeremy Coté for the Pirate Party, Hilary Crowley for the Green Party, Ben Levine for the Liberal Party and Bob Zimmer for the Conservative Party.
General voting will take place on Monday, May 2. Residents are encouraged to check their voter registration card to find out where their local polling station is and the times they can vote.
