The Fort St. John RCMP have the intersection of the 271 road and the Alaska Highway blocked off.
At this time, we understand police have closed the entrance to the 271 road north from the Alaska Highway after an incident at around 10pm Friday. Traffic is slowly getting through the area.
We are awaiting more information from the RCMP. Expect delays in the area.
