Friday night marks the beginning of the Petroleum Association Midget Flyers Annual tournament.
The tournament which will be taking place in Fort St. John, will run from Friday Jan. 7 until Sunday Jan.9. The festivities will commence at the North Peace Arena on Friday, with the remainder of the games to be played at the Pomeroy Sport Centre on Saturday and Sunday.
Playing in the tournament are teams from Dawson Creek, Terrace, Mackenzie, Prince George and Fort St. John.

Prince George VS Dawson Creek: 9:00 a.m. @ North Peace Arena
Fort St. John VS Mackenzie: 11:45 a.m. @ North Peace Arena
Terrace VS Prince George: 2:30 p.m. @ North Peace Arena
Fort St. John VS Dawson Creek: 4:15 p.m. @ Pomeroy Sports Centre
Terrace VS Mackenzie: 7:00 p.m. @ Pomeroy Sports Centre
Five more games will be played on Saturday Jan. 8, at the Pomeroy Sport Centre. Sunday will see two playoff games take place at 9:15 a.m. Following those playoffs games will be the first and second place team playing each other at noon and that game will also be held at the Pomeroy Sport Centre.
