UPDATE: The fire began around 7 p.m. Taylor Fire Chief Mike Ryder says the fire looks as if it began in the attic of the shop. Although the cause of the fire is still under investigation, Ryder says it doesn’t appear to be suspicious. He adds that no one was inside the building at the time.

Taylor fire crews were called to the scene of a shop fire on 103 St. Sunday night.
We have very few details about the fire at this time. There is no word on any injuries, but crews had the fire under control quickly and prevented it from spreading to near by homes.
