One person has died after a head-on collision along the Cecil Lake Road.
The incident occurred 10 km east of Cecil Lake around 8:30 Monday morning.
Fort St. John RCMP say the driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead and the driver of the other vehicle is in serious condition in hospital.
The road is closed at this time but a detour around the accident has been set up.
Police are still investigating the cause of the collision but say there were no other occupants in either vehicle.
They are not releasing the name of either driver at this time.
