Eight Fort St. John restaurants will offer conservation by candlelight on Oct. 21 to help mark Power Smart Month in B.C.
The Fort St. John eateries are a part of more than 100 B.C. restaurants that are taking part in the event. The participating restaurants will shut off the lights and offer candlelight dinners to patrons as way of conserving power. The campaign is to help raise awareness to the issue of power conservation.
