Chetwynd RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to find those who are responsible for two separate mischief incidents in the city.

One of the incidents occurred at Johnson rad and Muffler Shop.

An unknown number of people smashed the windows of two vehicles that were parked outside.

However, nothing was reported stolen.

The other incident involved a break-in into a vehicle at Direct Towing. Again, an unknown number of people caused damage to its inside while going through the vehicle’s contents.

Both incidents occurred early Tuesday morning.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to contact the Chetwynd detachment at 250-788-9221 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
