Alberta Peace crash victim dies in hospital

 

In the Alberta Peace, a 40 year-old Medicine Hat man, critically injured in a two vehicle highway crash on Wednesday afternoon, is dead.

 

The Beaverlodge RCMP say he died about 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon in an Edmonton hospital.

The fatal accident involved a pick-up, driven by the deceased, and a tanker truck that collided at the intersection of Highway 59 and Secondary Road 723.

A 20 year-old Edmonton man who was a passenger in the pick-up sustained only minor injuries.

The 42 year-old driver of the tanker truck was not injured.
