Pat Ferris won the Cactus Trails mountain bike race #5 Wednesday night.

He lowered the ‘long course’ lowest season time to 24:31 minutes. Gary Hilderman was very close behind at 24:42. Kevin Shaw was third at 27:05. Adam Currie was 4th at 34:55 and Ken Nix 5th at 40:16. Kelsey Young was 6th at 42:00. George Gamble had a bike problem and could not finish. Thanks to Gord Harris for timing!
Conditions were hot and fast on the Beatton Cactus circuit.
Coming up:
-Baldonnel time trial 7 pm Thursday.
-Sunday is the S & S Turbines Bear Flats hill climb at 10 am at the Bear Flats Bridge.
