One man is dead following an accident near the BC and Alberta border.
The Spirit River RCMP say a truck hauling oilfield equipment, made a left hand turn off Highway 49 near Baytree when a westbound motorcycle hit the trailer.
The driver of the motorcycle was transported to hospital in Dawson Creek Friday morning and later died from his injuries. Â
At this time the RCMP have not released any further information about the crash.
