Peace River rode a solid performance on the mound, and a couple RBI’s from the same guy, Tim Clayton, to a 3-nothing win over Rycroft in the Wheatbelt Baseball League last night.
The rematch from last season’s finals improved the Stampeders to 2 and 0 this year, and drops the Rage to 2 and 2.
A couple more Wheatbelt games tonight. The Rage are back at it. They go into Grimshaw to face the 2 and 1 Huskies. While out in Dawson, the Beaverlodge Royals host Fort St. John.
