The case against two people arrested in connection with the Josh Lequiere murder has been put off until Wednesday.

Very few details are available at this time, but our RCMP contacts have confirmed the case has been put off until Wednesday morning. Both the defense and Crown needed more time to review the case.

On Saturday the RCMP arrested a 31 year-old male in a Fort St. John residence in connection with the stabbing. On Friday, a 28 year-old female turned herself into Police.

At issue was the early morning stabbing, that resulted in the death last Thursday, of 28 year old Joshua James Lequiere whom police found wounded, in a pickup, in an apartment parking lot, on 93rd "A" Street.

Police do not believe his murder was a random incident.
