Update – Power was restored shortly after 2pm Saturday afternoon.  The outage was caused by a motor vehicle incident.

 

Over 2,800 customers are without power in Dawson Creek.

The outage started just before 12pm on Saturday afternoon and is expected to be restored by 2pm.  The outage reaches from East of HADDOW SUB, West of 210 RD, South of 214 RD.  At this time Hydro is still investigating the cause of the outage.
