Fort St. John residents are encouraged to sweat it off, while raising money for a good cause.

The second-annual Sweat-a-Thon fundraiser will be held on Saturday, May 15th at Today’s Techniques.

It will feature all different kinds of aerobic, yoga, spinning, and step classes from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Fees are by donation only, and all proceeds will benefit Relay for Life.
