Four locals charged with drug offences since August

The Fort St. John RCMP detachment has released the names of several drug offenders in the city.

In a news release sent on Friday, four offenders have been charged since August 26th.

Debra and Charles McCormack were both found guilty of possession of marijuana on August 26th. A search warrant was executed sometime on March 2007, where officers found 250 grams of the drug. Debra received a conditional discarge with probation for one year. Charles received a probation order for one year, and was fine $1,500. Both are ordered to not possesss or consume drugs or possess drug paraphernalia.

On September 23rd, Nicole Mary Borduzak was convicted for trafficking cocaine in the city. In October last year, she was arrested for selling an undisclosed quantity of the drug. Borduzak received a conditional sentence order for six months, a ten year firearms prohibition, and several other curfew and counseling conditions.

Daniel Lawrence Trembley plead guilty to a charge of trafficking cocaine on October 22nd. Last year, Trembley was arrested for selling the drug. He received a conditional sentence order which includes a curfew.

Finally, Fort St. John resident Dean Carson Panrucker currently faces fourteen seperate charges stemming from two seperate incidents with police. He is currently charged with nine counts of firearm possession, two counts of possession of drugs, two counts of cocaine trafficking, and one count of resisting arrest.

Panrucker’s next court appearance is on November 18th, 2009.
