Olympic Torch Relay banners unveiled on Friday

The new Olympic Torch Relay Street Banners were unveiled at the Enerplex on Friday afternoon.

Acting Mayor Don Irwin was accompanied by Fort St. John Recreation Manager Suzanne Anderson and City Councilor Bruce Christensen.

The two Vancouver 2010 banners will be along the Fort St. John Olympic Torch route. The torch is expected to be in Fort St. John on January 31st, 2010.

Irwin also announced the numerous events planned for Spirit Week in the City. Events start on November 20th, and run every day until the 29th.
