There has been yet another series of break-ins and thefts in Fort St. John.
The local RCMP detachment reports two break-ins occurred on either August 30th or 31st. In both instances, the thieves cut through chain-link fences, to gain access to private yards.
The first break-in happened at 85th Avenue and 100th street, and the suspects made off with a 2005 Yamaha Raptor 50cc quad, and numerous ATV tires and rims.
In the second, near 80th Avenue and 93rd Street, they made off with Hydraulic oils and various tools.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in these areas Sunday or Monday is asked to contact the local RCMP at 250-787-8140. Alternatively, you can remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS or go online at www.crimestoppersfsj.ca.
There is a $2,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and charge.
