Thea Theobald from Fort St. John has been named Miss Canada Petite at a competition in Toronto.

Thea Theobald stands five foot, five inches and was titled Miss Petite Northern British Columbia, and represented the region Sunday night.

Earlier this year spoke with Thea and she saidshe isn’t nervous about the competition.

Theobald is currently employed with a local oil company, and says she is thinking about taking a Medical Transcription Course.

She says each contestant is asked to choose a charity to support.
