An ongoing cocaine trafficking investigation has lead to three charges in Dawson Creek.

On the morning of July 11th, police raided an apartment in the Park Lane building in the city, and three men were charged with cocaine trafficking and other related offences.

The investigation has been going on for a couple of months, and resulted in a large quantity of crack cocaine and cash being seized.

Andre Dupas and Bill Haggart have both been charged and released from custody by bail pending their first court appearance.

Meanwhile, Michael Barker has been charged with cocaine possession for the purpose of trafficking and breaching his court imposed conditions. He has been denied bail and remained in custody pending his trial.

This has been the third time Barker has been arrested for cocaine trafficking in the last two years and is awaiting trial on all three charges.
