Election workers still needed

Elections BC continues to look for workers for the upcoming provincial election.

The non-partisan body says 150 workers are needed in the communities of Fort St. John, Charlie Lake, Cecil Lake, Montney, and Baldonnel.

As reported last month, no experience is necessary, and an election worker doesn’t need to be a registered voter.  Rather, applicants simply need to be reliable and responsible, at least 15 years old, and must take an oath to perform their duties impartially and fairly.

For more information, or to apply, call the Peace River North Elections Office, at 250-263-0154, or drop by their office, at 10016 106 St.
