Cease and Desist Order given to Formula Powell

Formula Powell has been given a cease and desist order by the City of Fort St. John.

The City expressed concern over the amount of contaminated snow being brought into Formula Powell’s yard in the community. Diane Hunter with the City says the Ministry of Environment agreed and they should start hauling the snow out of the community within 24 hours.
