The federal, provincial and municipal governments are going to split the bill three ways, on 175 million dollars worth of infrastructure projects in B-C.

The plan was announced yesterday in Victoria, by federal International Trade Minister Stockwell Day and, B-C Infrastructure Minister Kevin Falcon.

Mr. Falcon claims the projects will create more than 1700 jobs and when municipal government contributions are added the total investment will go to the aforementioned 175 million.

We’ll find out what’s happening in our community later this morning, when local area MP and Government House Leader Jay Hill, joins Senator Richard Neufeld and Mayor Bruce Lantz for a nine o’clock announcement at City Hall.
