Fort St. John city councilors will hold another 2009 budget meeting this afternoon.
It is the fourth in the current series and once again is open to public audit beginning at 3 o’clock….
It is also the first meeting since the poorly attended tax ratio review public input meetings held earlier month, chaired by independent policy review commissioner, Doctor Stanley Hamilton.
However, despite the poor turnout Mayor Lantz says his personal feedback suggests the public wants the review and the independent analysis…

Today’s Strategic Planning and Finance Committee meeting will focus on this year’s Capital Works Budget and Fair Share Policy.
Doctor Hamilton’s report to council is due early next month.
