The provincial government has announcd plans to replace the Bissette Creek Bridge on Highway two, south of Pouce Coupe.
The existing wooden bridge will be replaced by a steel structure, with the work starting in June and ending in October.
In addition, to increasing load capacity, the new bridge will also have a wider concrete sidewalk, for safer pedestrian use.
