A PACIFIC SYSTEM WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD SNOW ACROSS THE INTERIOR TONIGHT GIVING TOTAL SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS IN THE 20 TO 30 CM RANGE BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.  THIS IS A WARNING THAT SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS. MONITOR WEATHER CONDITIONS..LISTEN FOR UPDATED STATEMENTS.   WIND CHILL WARNING FOR B.C. NORTH PEACE RIVER CONTINUED STRONG WINDS COMBINED WITH COLD TEMPERATURES ARE PRODUCING VERY COLD WIND CHILL OF MINUS 40 TO MINUS 45.  THIS IS A WARNING THAT EXTREME WIND CHILL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING IN THESE REGIONS.
