RCMP Seize Weapons, Drugs and Cash

The Fort St. John Crime Reduction Unit made a significant seizure on Friday January 30th in Fort St. John.

Weapons, drugs and money were seized from an apartment on 110 avenue while conducting enquiries for a person deemed criminally prolific offender.  A substantial quantity of "crack" cocaine and powder cocaine, a can of bear spray, machete knife, two collapsible steel batons, several cellular phones and over $14,000 in Canadian currency.

The Crime Reduction Unit is investigating ownership of these items and is interested in any assistance from the public.  The RCMP would also like to speak with anyone who has information about this seizure.  Call Crimestoppers anonymously at 1-800-222-TIPS(8477)
