Alta. Peace Fatality

One person is dead and another in hospital in Grande Prairie, following a three-vehicle collision last night in the Alberta Peace.
The Spirit River RCMP says it occurred, about six o’clock on Highway two just south of Highway 677 and, it involved a minivan, a welding truck, and a pickup.
Police believe one of the vehicles crossed the center line, resulting in a head-on collision and, a passenger in the mini-van was killed.
The driver of the same van suffered undisclosed injuries but, nobody in the other two vehciles was hurt.
Ice, snow and poor visibility resulting from blowing snow are, all believed to have been crash factors.
Police are still withholding the names of the victims.
