If today’s forecast is more accurate than yesterday’s, then local area road crews will get a full day of sunshine, to continue digging out from Monday’s major snowfall.
They made significant progress yesterday but, in the city there are still many streets, which require plowing and sanding.
Yesterday’s flurries added another three millimeters of precipitation to the montlhy total, which is now 43 point eight and, more than 15 above the full November norm, of 28 point five.
In addition, following today’s sunny skies, more flurries are forecast for tomorrow and Friday and, we could get another significant dump on Saturday.
