Hospital Foundation Kicks off Campaign

The launch of the 12th annual Be An Angel, Light a Light Campaign of the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation is set for Saturday at the Quality Inn/Northern Grand Hotel.

This year the goal is $300,000 as the Foundation seeks to complete, the $1.3 million funding drive for a CT Scanner. In the past seven months it has already raised over $950,000, of that goal. Now it hopes to be over the top when the Be An Angel campaign ends on December first, with light up of the Christmas Tree at the Fort St. John hospital.

Those wishing to donate can do so at the North Peace Savings and Credit Union in both Fort St. John and Hudson’s Hope…or, at anyone of four chartered banks in the city…CIBC, RBC, BMO and TD-Canada Trust. Donations can also be made at the Foundation office in the hospital or at www.hospitalfoundationfsj.org and, those who donate twenty dollars or more will receive a tax deductible receipt.
