A Kelly Lake man arrested last week by the unit investigating the recent BC Peace pipeline bombings has been sentenced to 90 days.
Ian Lloyd Gladue pled guilty today to all 6 charges he faced.
He was sentenced to 30 days for assault on a common law wife, 21 days for failure to attend a trial, 21 days for failure to report to bail officer, 18 days for obstructing a peace officer in Chetwynd, and 7 days for driving with a disqualified license.
He will serve a total of 90 days in prison, with 16 days credit for time already served.
He was also given a one year driving prohibition, and 1 year of probation.
The sentence is thought to be the result of a joint recommendation between the crown and the defence, with a further trial for sexual assault set to begin in November.
Once again, we note Gladue has not been charged with any crimes in connection with the Encana Pipeline bombings.
