There’s still nothing from the RCMP or Provincial Wildlife Officers but, we have unofficial reports, both responded Thursday night, to a bear siting, in Northeast Fort St. John.
The reports say a Grizzly bear was spotted in a residential neighborhood, but then disappeared, after police but, before, wildlife officers arrived on scene.
These reports also suggest before the bear was relocated, it was struck and killed by a truck, on either a bypass road or the cities 100th street exit.
