Both the boys and the girls volleyball teams from NPSS travelled to Spruce Grove this weekend to participate in a tournament. Here are the results that we know at this time.
Ooks (Girls)
8:30 game VS Westwood Collegiate Warriors(Winnipeg MB)- Lose 17/25 & 12/25.
2:30 game VS W.P Wagner Warriors (Edmonton AB) – Win 25/17, 24/26, 16/14
5:00 game VS M.E.I Eagles (Abbotsford, BC) – Win 26/24, 25/18
End Result 16th place
Oscars (Boys)
9:45 game VS Barrhead Gryphons (Barrhead AB) – Lose 14/25, 09/25
2:30 game VS Salisbury Sabres (Sherwood Park AB) – Lose 14/25, 18/25.
Not sure where the boys Ended.
Overall the tournament was a sucess andenjoyed by all, stiff competition invites team improvement.
The NPSS teams are off to Grande Prairie this next weekend for a tournament at Grande Prairie Composite High School.
