During the first day of Phase 2 Consultations on Site C, several protesters stormed the meeting demanded that their voice be heard. Minister of Energy and Mines Richard Neufeld says he encourages everyone to get involved in Site C Consultations.

As to whether or not Site C is a done deal, Neufeld says there are still a lot of hurdles for the process to overcome.
