Daniel Stephen Campbell of Dawson Creek has been charged with 7 criminal code charges following last nights high speed chase.
The 40 year old man is facing the following charges:
* Attempted Murder Section 239(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Assault With a Weapon Section 267(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Flight from police Section 249.1(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Theft Over $5000 Section 334(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Dangerous Driving Section 249(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Impaired Driving Section 253(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
* Drive While Disqualified Section 359(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada
Campbell has been remanded into custody until October 20th, 2008. The investigation continues.
