One of three men accused in a drug-related kidnapping has now had his bail hearing moved to October 20th. Michael Telford appeared in court Sept. 29 for a bail hearing, but court documents indicate his counsel requested an adjournment. A delay until October 20th was granted, with Telford agreeing to stay in custody until the new hearing. He faces several charges, including extorion, assault with a weapon and kidnapping.
