There’s now more information on last night’s Marquis Centre Fire.
At approximately 1:00am, police and firefighters attended a small fire in the exterior entranceway of the apartment building on 99th Ave.
Witnesses say they saw a bag or suitcase full of clothes in the entranceway shortly before the fire.
Constable Passarell with the Fort St. John RCMP says officials are still unsure why the clothing was set ablaze.
