Hudson’s Hope police say one woman was sent to Fort St. John Hospital last night after a quadding accident.
The woman and a male passenger were driving a quad in the Hudson’s Hope area when the woman mistook the terrain and crashed the vehicle over a 30-foot embankment.
The couple was from Dawson Creek.
The woman’s injuries were non-life-threatening, but she required the assistance of local RCMP, hunters and North Peace Search and Rescue to be removed from the scene of the accident.
There is no word on the woman’s condition.
