Beginning today Fort St. John HandyDart service is scheduled to increase by 50 percent, with the addition of a new bus. Including the 139 thousand dollar price tag for the bus, the total cost of the service expansion will be 319 thousand dollars. The rest of the funding is coming from the city, the PRRD, and the District of Taylor. The service runs from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday and, also provides fixed route service for all riders to Taylor and Charlie Lake.
